GoPilates
A native iPhone Pilates app built as a freelance commission. iPhone-only on iOS 17+, French as the primary locale, a 37-screen onboarding funnel that culminates in a RevenueCat-managed paywall, HealthKit-backed workout tracking, Lottie animations across the empty-states, and Tenjin attribution wired into the install pipeline. Shipped to the App Store.
What Wasn't Working
The Pilates studios + practitioners niche is underserved by generic fitness apps. The client needed an iPhone-only experience in French with a real paywall, native HealthKit integration, and an onboarding flow that actually converts.
How I Fixed It
Full SwiftUI build optimised for the iPhone form factor only (no iPad scaling compromise). RevenueCat handles the subscription state; HealthKit captures workouts to the system store; Lottie carries the editorial illustration moments; Tenjin wires the install attribution so the marketing spend is measurable.
